    Thank you I was fortunate to receive a copy of A Virtual Copywriting Monstar’s Guide to Responding to Jobleads as part of a VA training day and it is amazing! It is well written and concise, full of great advice and easy to understand. As I was reading it I found myself going back over my previous responses to job leads and mentally correcting them for next time. Whether you’re an established VA or a newbie to the world of VAing this is a must-have resource for you (and me). Do yourself a favour and grab a copy, I promise you won’t regret it.

    What a gem of a resource for all VAs! Converting hot leads to clients can be so difficult, especially trying to find a balance between sounding eager but not desperate and professional but not lacking personality. Monique’s eBook, Winning Clients, is full of great, informative content with examples of good and bad communication.
